Due diligence review of companies

Our team frequently participates in the financial and tax due diligence review of companies in the course of an acquisition, mostly before the transaction is closed (pre-acquisition due diligence review). In this respect we consider the specific circumstances of the target entity and determine the focus points for our due diligence review together with our client. To assess whether the planned transaction is advisable we check the business processes and the industry-specific financial conditions of the target company.
