Our Benefits

We provide our employees with a laptop, a company cell phone, and an additional monitor for their home office. If necessary, we will of course also provide special keyboards and mice to ensure that work is as comfortable as possible for the arms and wrists.

Through a free and practical design and organization of work, we aim to realize our corporate values and, in particular, enable external workplaces. Employees are therefore given the opportunity to work from home for part of their agreed working hours.

 

To make the start as pleasant as possible for new employees, we assign them experienced teammates.

 

FALCON provides all employees with a tax-free monthly allowance for food purchases.

Tea, coffee, mineral water, and sweets are available to our employees free of charge.

 

Personal contact and exchange between our employees, even across borders, is very important to us. In addition to ongoing team events at the individual FALCON locations (team drinks, joint lunches at the company's expense, Social Friday, Christmas party, etc.), there is also an annual FALCON Day, where employees from all locations come together and enjoy spending time together.

Each team receives an annual budget for a joint activity within the team.

 

A good work-life balance for our employees is important to us. However, if overtime is required, we will compensate our employees financially as soon as possible.

 

We offer all employees the opportunity to freely choose how they divide their time between work and family within a defined flexitime framework and defined core hours, and to compensate for overtime with full days off.

 

We are always delighted to welcome new additions to the FALCON family and support our moms and dads with individual part-time models or time off for family.

3. Personal interview

In the next step, we will invite you to an interview at our office. This will give you a first impression of our law firm and allow you to get to know your potential manager in person.
