I was already very interested in working with numbers when I was studying business administration. What I particularly appreciate about my job is that, in addition to working with clients' numbers, personal support and effective communication are the most important foundations for a successful tax advisor-client relationship. The profession is varied and requires a great deal of sensitivity. That's why I think it's a great consulting profession that can be really enjoyable and fun.
Falcon is a diverse and open firm that, in my opinion, gives individuals room to grow and develop. I particularly appreciate that, and it also makes it possible to surpass oneself and achieve new goals.

Shortly after graduating from high school, I was unsure about what to do next. Should I study, work, or both? FALCON took me in during a difficult phase of my life and, despite my challenging situation, gave me the opportunity to pursue a career while seriously tackling my studies without running the risk of becoming completely overwhelmed. I am very happy with my decision to start my career with FALCON and am still able to pursue my academic interests. After almost a decade at FALCON, I can say that the appreciation and circle of colleagues have become increasingly important to me over the years and I find it difficult to imagine my everyday working life without this family-like and collegial environment.

An der ungarischen juristischen Fakultät habe ich mich am meisten für das Steuerrecht interessiert. Nach meinem Umzug nach Österreich wurde mir klar, dass ich meine rechtlichen Kenntnisse am besten als Steuerberaterin einsetzen kann. Während meiner Ausbildung zum Steuerberater in Ungarn und Österreich wurde ich mit der Komplexität des Steuersystems konfrontiert. Das System ist ein riesiges Puzzle, in dem alle kleinen Teile zusammenpassen müssen. Ein Steuerberater muss sich nicht nur mit den Gesetzen und Zahlen gut auskennen, sondern auch den richtigen Ton mit den unterschiedlichsten Menschen finden. Diesen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden, ist eine große Herausforderung, weshalb die Arbeit in unserer Kanzlei nie langweilig ist. Wenn meine Kunden zufrieden sind, erfüllt mich das mit großem Stolz.
Bei Falcon ist meine ausländische Herkunft kein Nachteil, sondern ein Vorteil. Neben meinen österreichischen Klienten habe ich auch viele ungarische Kunden, denen ich helfen kann, sich im österreichischen Steuersystem zurechtzufinden, da dieses nämlich viel komplizierter als das ungarische ist. Ein respektvoller menschlicher Umgangston ist mir sehr wichtig und in unserer vielfältigen und internationalen Kanzlei eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Es kommen ständig neue Klienten und Projekte hinzu, daher ist unser Alltag immer recht spannend.

Raised in US (by Austrian parents), getting back to family roots, falling in love with Austria, wanting to have a future in Austria, learn the ins and outs of the Austrian system, Tax Advisor position allows gaining experience and knowledge in all corners of the Austrian system, how it works, what is needed to succeed.
FALCON is a very dynamic environment, open to looking at the box in different ways, supportive, took a chance on me when changing career paths. I enjoy going to work with the colleagues I have and helping people stay compliant with their lives in Austria.

Durch das Studium habe ich Einblicke in das österreichische Steuersystem erhalten.
Zwar ist das Thema sehr komplex, jedoch hat es mir Spaß gemacht, weshalb ich mich für die Steuerberatung entschieden habe.
Die Arbeit ist sehr vielseitig. Sie beinhaltet das tägliche Beraten und Betreuen von Mandanten, das Lösen von Problemen und die Kommunikation mit Behörden.
Viel wichtiger ist jedoch, Mandanten beim Sparen von Steuern zu unterstützen. Darauf freuen sie sich am meisten.
Falcon kennzeichnet sich für die tolle Arbeitsatmosphäre und den Zusammenhalt aus. Man wird unterstützt, gefördert, aber auch gefordert.
Weiters wird man in vielen Projekten eingebunden und arbeitet teamübergreifend mit Kollegen zusammen, wodurch man mit jedem eine gute Basis bilden kann

After 20 years in hotel management, I was looking for new challenges and variety. In my previous jobs, I often had to deal with accounting and labor law issues, which is how I ended up in payroll accounting. The job is exactly what I was looking for: it is varied; exciting research and personal customer contact provide variety; you learn something new every day.
What I appreciate about FALCON is the direct and uncomplicated communication with my colleagues and also with the management. The entire team is very helpful and there is a pleasant, positive working atmosphere. I am also delighted that I can use my Hungarian language skills and international experience in my work.
Our Benefits
We provide our employees with a laptop, a company cell phone, and an additional monitor for their home office. If necessary, we will of course also provide special keyboards and mice to ensure that work is as comfortable as possible for the arms and wrists.
Through a free and practical design and organization of work, we aim to realize our corporate values and, in particular, enable external workplaces. Employees are therefore given the opportunity to work from home for part of their agreed working hours.
To make the start as pleasant as possible for new employees, we assign them experienced teammates.
