And again, "virtual" certainly doesn't mean we don't exist: the main difference between internal and virtual HR management is where your HR team is located. In-house HR staff typically have their own office. Our virtual HR team consists of various people in the background with their respective areas of expertise, but their team leaders work in your company with you and your employees when you need them.

Virtual HR teams—and we know this from experience—can maintain open communication with your employees in a variety of ways, even if they are spread across the country or around the world. Whether virtual office hours are held via MS Teams, Zoom, or on-site, our HR experts can easily answer your employees' questions about payroll, benefits, and much more.

And your HR resources are therefore not only available during their operating hours—or, in the worst case, not at all due to vacation, sick leave, etc. Virtual HR teams are available supported by our BMD HR software personnel information system.
