According to NAV’s newly issued prospectus, companies can request payment facilities with respect to outstanding liabilities, if they are facing difficulties with payment due to the situation caused by the corona virus. Companies in distress can request payment facilities such as deferment, payment in instalments, and within a limited scope reduction or remission of the liabilities, and further restructuring of already requested and permitted payment facilities is also possible. The facilities can be requested in connection with taxes, contributions, penalties, and other payment owed.
